77th Liberation Day from Japanese Occupation Dumaguete

  77th Liberation Day Celebration of Dumaguete City is an event to commemorate the end of the Japanese Occupation of Negros Oriental      Sir Judge Rafael Crescencio Tan of the Sons and Daughters of the Veterans with Mayor Felipe Antonio B Remollo as GOHAS. Participated by members of 4th and 5th Dumaguete City Veterans Post VFP, SDAI VFP 2nd and 3rd Districts with Dumaguete City, Tanjay City, Bais City, and Valencia Chapters, 703RRBn Officers, and EP, 703CDC headed by Maj Alvin Aurel PA which provided the 3 volleys of fire, and with medical services rendered by 5051TASU 505TASG 5TASBDE headed by Major Kenneth T Coo MC (Res) after the ceremony.   The flag-raising ceremony and Liberation Day Program were held at Manuel Quezon Park with a wreath-laying ceremony in front of the Liberation Marker.
