Mayor Stephen A. Palmares was honored as the 2026 Most Outstanding Regional Chairperson of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. His unwavering dedication to youth development and Scouting served as an inspiration throughout the Western Visayas region.
Queen Marie Villanueva Truno-Ferraren, our own Local Council Scout Executive, received the prestigious Gold Usa Award during the National Court of Honor, marking a significant achievement in her Scouting career.
New Leadership for a New Chapter
