The event served as a solemn remembrance of a remarkable spirit, 1st Class Scout Jose Fermin “Jojo” G. Magbanua. Jojo's unwavering commitment to the ideals of Scouting and his vibrant spirit continue to inspire all who gathered. This commemorative occasion was made possible by the invaluable contributions of many. We extend our deepest appreciation to our distinguished Guest Speakers, Sir Jonathan Badoy and Alex Amor, whose words of wisdom truly enriched the program. The unwavering leadership of Local Council Executive Board Chairperson, Judge Antonio Manuel A.
